WHO WE ARE?
The Patronato del Servicio Nacional de Nutricion is a non-governmental organization which legal basis and legal entity is granted by means of Law 17 of November 19, 1990.
The Patronato de Nutricion, common name of the organization, has a unique work model since it intertwines the partnership to the private organizations and to the public institutions in just one entity, achieving a set of opinions, effective and participating coordination to fight the poverty and therefore, the malnutrition of our most sensitive population.
The highest authority of the Patronato is the General Assembly.
The management and the administration of the Patronato are under the charge of the Board of Directors and the Administrative Directorate.
The Legal Representative of the Patronato de Nutricion is the President of the Board of Directors.
To show the non-governmental spirit, the Board of Directors must always be composed by a majority of representatives of the private sector.
